The Faculty of Engineering and technology has declared that students seeking admission in Engineering or Technology programmes have to undergo Combined Pre-Admission Entry test (ECAT) conducted by the University of Engineering and Technology (UET) Lahore which is going to be held on 14-07-2019. The test is mandatory as it will carry 30% weightage and the merit will be determined based on 70-30 formula for the said admission. The applicants are advised to prepare their relevant documents. The final date for admission will be announced in National Newspaper after F.Sc result.

The applicants must be domiciled in Punjab and have secured at least 60% marks in F.Sc/A-levels/DAE. Following programs are being offered on the basis of ECAT

1. Sc. Chemical Engineering (Regular and Self-Supporting Programmes)
2. Sc. Chemical Engineering (With specialization in Petroleum and Gas Technology)
3. Sc. Metallurgy and Materials Engineering. (Regular and Self-Supporting Programmes)
4. Sc. Electrical Engineering (Only Regular Programmes)
5. Sc. Industrial Engineering (Only Regular Programmes)
